French Culture Minister pushes pin in to Marion Cotillards chest at awards

Marion Cotillard, a French actress, gasped in suffering after Frdric Mitterrand, the Culture Minister, incidentally stranded a pin in her chest as he awarded her the Order of Arts and Letters.
